Essential Elements

The Revenue Coordinator is integral to the success of the Hotel's Revenue Management team. The position will be responsible for the preparation of revenue reports that will assist the Revenue Manager, General Managers, and additional related departments in implementing the hotels' yield strategies. Coordinator must be highly attentive to detail, have excellent computer skills and be comfort with multiple technical systems, very knowledgeable of Excel and Macros, and able to multi-task while also working quickly to stay on a fast-paced schedule.

As Revenue Coordinator, you will

  • Provide administrative support for the Revenue Manager in varying tasks and duties.
  • Accurately prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Compile miscellaneous data and research as requested by Revenue Manager and General Managers.
  • Create, update, and audit SRPs based on instruction from Revenue Manager, Corporate Sales Manager(s), and Director of Sales.
  • Assist with ensuring all rates are loaded, and inventory maintenance is correct.
  • Perform audits and maintenance on all systems such as PMS, RMS, R&I, and Delphi to ensure content and information is correct.
  • Communicate strategies and procedures effectively to other departments as required.
  • Maintain group pick-up reports for Sales team.
  • Assist in preparing short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support for the Revenue Management Team.
  • Load and update MARs as required under the guidance of the Revenue Manager to ensure optimal use by Sales team.
  • Be knowledgeable of all special rates and promotions that coincide with the Marketing team.
  • Create and maintain calendars for need periods, as well as events and occupancy drivers.
  • Conduct Group audit checks monthly to ensure Delphi and the Property Maintenance Systems are in balance.
  • Collect, sort, and analyze data from a variety of sources to support Marketing in Revenue producing activities.
  • Assistance in preparing regular reports and presentations for Hotel Leadership, Company Executive Teams, and Company Board of Directors.
  • Support cross-departmental efforts that produce greater brand awareness to increase revenues.


  • Must understand statistical analysis and forecasting methods in regard to the Hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrate understanding of supply and demand modeling and inventory management.
  • Ability to review, analyze, trend, and create visual analytics for business decision-making.
  • Computer skills adequate to serve as an end user of hotel property management systems; Macros; and Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills used to effectively influence and convey information.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • A high degree of organization, prioritization, and time management are needed for this position.
  • High attention to detail is required.
  • Team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work on independently and on teams. Remote teamwork is a requirement of this position.
  • Working knowledge of Delphi.fdc is preferred.
  • Hospitality experience with Hilton-brand and Marriott brand hotels preferred.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems OnQ and FOSSE, and revenue systems such as OnQ R&I, MARSHA, and One Yield.


Any combination of education and experience equivalent to:

  • Two- to four-year degree in business administration, hospitality and tourism, or other applicable field of study;
  • AND at least one year experience in Hospitality Front Office operations.
