As a Night Auditor, you will

  • Complete posting of all hotel charges from previous business day
  • Reconcile, labels, and dates all department vouchers from business day
  • Prepare and balances revenue report for hotel departments, which include all day rates
  • Complete tasks and assignments on the daily Night Auditor checklist
  • Receive and record guest transactions
  • Provide outstanding service and resources for guests during overnight shift
  • Address requests and maintains service continuity for guests during overnight shift
  • Assist the Manager on Duty with projects and assignments

Essential Elements

As a Biltmore Farms Night Auditor, you are more than an accountant. You are a welcoming presence into our hotel and to our city. The ideal candidate has good communication skills along with mathematics and accounting experience. Previous hotel-related experience is a plus.

Education:

High School graduate or equivalent. Additional college is a plus. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guest who visit the workplace.

Experience:

Previous hotel or service-related experience and accounting experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Requires finger agility, grasping, writing, constant standing, sitting, frequent walking, repetitive motions, visual insight, and may, on occasion, have to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
